Bradley is the head Chef at Eighteen The Cross and The Wine Kitchen, he joined us in 2021, and we are lucky to have such a talented chef leading the kitchens.
Originally from Kent, Bradley and his wife Briony, moved to the Manchester area in 2016, where they now live with their three children.
Bradley completed his professional qualifications, 16 years ago, at West Kent College and gained early experience around Kent before working at a range of restaurants around Manchester, and a period as a private chef in the French Alps ski resorts.
Bradleys food has gained many five star reviews for quality and consistency. His menu has kept involving over the past three years to keep it fresh and interesting for our loyal customers.
