Fresh and delightful sparkling wine comprised of 50% Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the chalky soils of Charente (France) blended with 50% Airen from Mancha (central Spain).
The wine is fermented at a low temperature. The second fermentation takes place at 14°C for 2 weeks followed by dosage, resulting in a wine with 10g of residual sugar.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow and elegant colour with fine bubbles. A fruity and elegant sparkling wine, with buttery aromas of fresh brioche cake.
Food pairing suggestions: Recommended as an aperitif and especially as a party wine.
