This wine takes its name from the terraces – locally called ‘Faysses’ – and their dry stone walls reflect the history and beauty of Ardèche’s vineyards.
These red grapes are sourced from sandstone terraces around the village of Rosières. “We are aiming for wine which has good fruit, an elegant palate and balance on the finish” states winemaker Luc Tallaron.
Tasting Notes: A beautiful ruby red colour, it offers fruity aromas such as strawberry and raspberry; very round in mouth, it is fruit-forward with polished tannins.
