Carefully selected vines produce this unique and unusual blend of Languedoc’s famous grape Picpoul and Rhône-native Roussanne and Grenache Blanc. Fantastic as an aperitif, it is also the perfect companion to fish-&-chips, shellfish and salads.
Picpoul brings its vivid character, which, blended with the Roussanne’s fullness delivers citrus fruits and white flower notes, that combine perfectly in an aromatic nose and rounded palate.
