Description
Penedes, Spain
Made organically using the traditional method, this Cava comes from the Cusiné family of Parés Baltà. It blends three classic Penedès grapes – Xarel·lo for floral lift, Macabeo for fruitiness, and Parellada for body and structure. Fermentation took place at cool temperatures to preserve freshness, followed by around 12 months ageing in bottle to build finesse and gentle complexity.
Crisp, vibrant and seriously good value, it’s an easy bottle to open and even easier to enjoy.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in the glass, Paco Molina opens with inviting aromas of pear, apple and soft floral notes, with just a touch of creamy richness. The palate is fresh and lively, full of clean fruit character, leading to a light, soft and effortlessly enjoyable finish.
Food pairing suggestions: Enjoy this fizz with some nibbles, parmesan bites.
