“Rather reticent nose with some dark plum skin and woody spice. Medium-bodied with quite a racy feel to the palate and the same, slightly subdued fruit and spice. The tannins are rather austere. An almost salty element comes through at the end. Needs a year or two to settle in and open up. Try from 2024. ”
