Cimalta Soave Classico 2024 is made predominantly from Garganega, showcasing the variety’s purity, freshness and subtle complexity.
Tasting Notes: The 2024 vintage has produced a vibrant, expressive wine with excellent balance and precision. Aromas of citrus, white peach and acacia blossom lead into a bright palate of ripe pear, lemon zest and crisp green apple, underpinned by a gentle almond note and the distinctive mineral character of Soave’s basalt-rich vineyards. Fresh, textured and beautifully focused, it finishes long with a mouthwatering saline edge.
