Puglia, Italy
This is an approachable and unoaked style of Primitive with bright acidity. The Primitivo vines grow in red, iron-rich soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of August / start of September. Fermentation is in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of red berry and cherry, with a touch of eucalyptus and liquorice. The palate has bright bramble fruit, soft tannins, minerality and some spice on the finish.
