Nestled in the middle of the woods a few cables from Pic Saint Loup, the Château des Caravettes exposes its facades to the sun of Midi.
Its history is ancient: since 1273 the Domain has changed owners but all had the passion of viticulture.
The domaine counts 300 Hectares of vineyards, of which 15 in AOP Terraces of Larzac, cultivated sustainably in symbiosis with nature to produce expressive and intense wines.
Tasting Notes: The robe of dark garnet, intensive aromas dominated by red and black fruits at late maturity, notes of vanilla and spices. Full bodied and silky on the palate.
Food Pairing: Enjoyable with grilled meats, grilled peppers, roast dishes and cheeses.
