Description
Alsace Riesling is widely respected; dry and steely in its youth, bottle age will broaden out its character.
Despite the historical Germanic influence, Alsace Riesling tends to have nearly all of the sugars fermented out giving a drier and fuller bodied wine that the Rhine counterparts.
This is a fresh and well rounded style of wine with aromas of orange and mandarin, finishing off with typical mineral notes.
