With grapes sourced from the limestone soils of Alba and Vogue, winemaker Luc Tallaron comments “We are aiming for wine which has good fruit, an elegant palate and balance on the finish.”
The wine takes its name from the terraces – locally called “Faysses” – and their dry stone walls reflect the history and beauty of Ardèche’s vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Bright and vibrant; the fragrant bouquet gives fruity aromas and the finish is dry.
