Alentejo, Portugal
The grapes are manually harvested early in the morning, in small boxes, to preserve freshness, they are then cooled in a refrigerated chamber before being vinified. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve the aromas.
Tasting Notes: Citrus color, elegant and intense aroma showing notes of tropical fruits. Well integrated acidity with the sweetness of the fruit. Long and persistent finish.
Food Pairing Suggestions: Goes well with fish and seafood dishes, white meat and pasta.
