A great white wine and exceptional value for money.
This is a blend of 6o% Grenache Blanco (white Grenache) and 40% Chardonnay that has a really fresh and fruity bouquet with mineral hints. Very easy on the palate with excellent structure and with excellent length too.
Sobre Lias means “Sur Lie” meaning it was aged on the sediments post fermentation. This has given a slightly creamy mouthfeel. A superb little wine.
At it’s best with fish and seafood dishes but ideal also simply by itself. They are vegan friendly too!
