Description
An aromatic white wine with Moscatel to the fore backed by the weightier character of unoaked Chardonnay.
The grapes are harvested at night, once they have reached optimum ripeness, enhancing thus an intense aroma. Low- temperature fermentation is carried out to preserve the individual aromas of each variety.
The Moscatel grape gives its typical upfront floral notes, weight and balance is contributed by the Chardonnay – blended, they have an overall crisp finish.
