With grapes sourced from the limestone soils of Alba and Vogue, winemaker Luc Tallaron comments “We are aiming for wine which has good fruit, an elegant palate and balance on the finish.”
The wine takes its name from the terraces – locally called “Faysses” – and their dry stone walls reflect the history and beauty of Ardèche’s vineyards.
Tasting Notes: The Grenache Blanc side of the blend brings ample stone fruit character, and Sauvignon Blanc a pronounced aromas of citrus, white flowers and a minty finish.
