Description
A white Champagne made from black grapes – a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Since 2019 Tribaut has been one of the first Champagne houses to convert to fully organic growing – a rarity in Champagne and something that for the large Houses is almost impossible.
Grapes for Blanc de Noir are sourced from Romery and Damery with 30% partially aged in oak barrels and casks for 30 months and on the lees before disgorgement. There is no dosage (added sugar) at disgorgement – a Brut Nature Champagne.
